  • Formulated and administered a $3M combined appropriated and non-appropriated operations budget.
  • Administered the construction coordination, staffing, Department of Defense Certification and NAEYC accreditation of a 300 capacity US Air Force Child Development Center.
  • Secured and increase of volunteers to over 31,000 man hours for recreation, social and athletic programs.
  • Coordinated the grand opening of a United States Air Force 305 capacity Child Development Center with the Public Affairs Office with briefing state congressional representatives to include Senators Kennedy and Kerry.
  • Networked with local community, early childhood leaders, local public school organizations and a resource and referral agency, “First Connections”.
  • Oversaw the installation Executive Director of United Way, a member of the Family Action Information Board, member of the Family Advocacy Board and a team member of the base inclusionary committee.
