How to submit your entry

All entries must be received by 5:00 pm, Friday 6 February 2015.

Entries will be accepted in hardcopy or as electronic files on a USB sent to the address below. Electronic files must be provided as PDF, MP3 (audio) or MP4 (video) files. Please note that there are two entry forms: one for categories that accept single works, and one for categories that accept portfolios of work.

When preparing your entry, please ensure that:

  • you include a signed entry form for each work or portfolio submitted (a PDF version will be accepted if provided electronically)
  • electronic files contained on a USB are given clear file names that include the author(s) and category entered
  • hardcopy entries are printed in colour, one-sided and preferably in A3.

If you win an award we will use the works submitted with your entry to provide information about your award on the foundation’s website.

Acknowledgement of your entry

We will acknowledge receipt of your entry by email within five days. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us to make sure that we have received your entry. Entries will not be returned, so do not submit originals.
