First Coast Arts and Crafts is pleased to announce three events in 2017-July 22, October 28, and December 9.
The events will be held at the Mark Lance National Guard Armory, 190 San Marco Ave, St Augustine, Florida 32084. All spaces inside the Armory are 8x10 in size. Outside spaces are 10x10 to accommodate a tent. The cost for each space (inside or outside) is $75. Setup will begin at 7 am on the day of the event. You may start breaking down your booth at 3:00. The event will run rain or shine.
Electricity is provided. It is recommended due to a limited amount of outletsyou bring an extension cord and power strip. You will need to provide your own tables. Chairs are available at the Armory.
This event is open to handcrafted and direct sales vendors. Please note that we do limited the number of same type vendors and only one representative from a direct sale company will be allowed. If you do not have a website, please provide pictures showcasing some of the items you will be selling. All photos will be returned to you on the day of the event. For our direct sales vendors, please ensure that you have plenty of items for sale at your table for purchase throughout the event that do not require ordering.
Food vendors are also welcome to participate. Food trucks will be able to park outside the Armory.

Spaces will be assigned once the application and payment is received.

Event Day:
- Setup will begin at 7 am on the day of the event.
- Please see Christy when you arrive to find your assigned space.
- Unloading/loading areas: In front of Armory (San Marco Ave) or on north side of building (Dismukes St). There’s a ramp in front and a few steps on the north side of building.
- Once you unload, please move your vehicle to the south side of the building and park closer to Ponce de Leon/US 1. The parking areas towards the front of the building (San Marco Ave side) and on the north side (Dismukes St) are for shoppers. Handicap parking is available on the north side of the building.
- Don’t forget your tables. Chairs will be provided.
- There are limited number of outlets. Please bring an extension cord and powerstrip if you need to.
- You may start breaking down your booth area at 3:00.

Application and payment must be received at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. Please contact Christy Tedder if you are interested in attending an event that will be held less than two (2) weeks away. If your application is not accepted, your check/money order and pictures will be returned to you. Setup will begin at 7 am. The event will be opened to the public starting at 9 am. Before setting up, please see Christy Tedder at the venue. Breakdown of booth is at 3 pm.
G and A Essentials, Inc. and anyone acting on their behalf, the City of St Augustine, St Johns County, or any venue that the event is held, will not be heldresponsible for any damages and/or claims. They are also not responsible for any lost/stolen items or monies.
