View counseling videos with students and encourage discussion that relates the video to the assessment phase. What problems and stresses is the client experiencing, and what skills is the interviewer using to uncover these issues?

Objective: Explore different client populations with students and the types of issues they have.

Facilitating Instructions:

Solicit ideas from the class on various types of client populations. What are their characteristics? What are their similarities and differences?
