1. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING held 7 May 2014
Minutes of the previous meeting had been circulated by email and were presented at the meeting by the Secretary. No discrepancies or issues of clarification were noted.

2. TREASURER’S REPORT
Pauline Carson presented the treasurer’s report. The opening balance as of 1 September 2013 was $21,790.66. As of 29 April 2014 the closing balance was $22,654.02 comprising a S13 account balance of $12,637.27 and a term deposit of $10,016.75. This represents an increase in available funds of $863.36 over the financial statement period. Notable entries include:
· Income was $11,967.47 including $3,000.00 donation from the Wooragee Fodder Conservation Group and $4,000.00 contribution to paving works from Indigo Council.
· Expenses were $11,104.11 including $6,620.00 for paving.

3. PRESIDENT’S REPORT
The President’s Report was presented by Ray Henderson. Special thanks were awarded to Robin McLiesh for all his efforts over the last year regarding the design and oversight of the paving work. Acknowledgement and appreciation was also directed to all those involved in the Easter Market. The Community Hall was noted as being a social hub as evidenced by the frequent usage. Key achievement included the paving work, garden programme, construction of the planter boxes, maintenance of the surrounds and the BBQ lights. The contribution by all involved were duly noted and appreciated.
4. ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS
All positions were declared vacant and the President vacated the chair. Nominations for office bearers were sought. Nominations for the below mentioned positions were presented and it was proposed all current office bearers accept nomination to be reappointed. All nomination were accepted unanimously, those being:
