There is only one Church. It is not something to join or attend. It has no creeds, articles of religion, or orthodoxies one must agree to. The many denominations and churches read the same Bible, but disagree on many points. Thesechurches do much good, and they preach Biblical truth insofar as they understand it.

There is only one true Church. It is invisible, and it is not divided by any boundary. Our focus should not be ongoing to church. It doesn’t matter if one goes to an organized church or not. What matters is that we who believe live as Christ’s ambassadors.

God spoke to Abraham. He believed and it was reckoned to him as righteousness. He did not fully understand God, which led for example to his fathering a child thru Hagar, but he believed nonetheless. No creeds; no articles of religion; no membership.

We should be able to fellowship together despite our differences in understanding. We should have open minds, seeking to help one another come to a better understanding of God.

And when we gather together at any place and in any setting … we are a fellowship of believers.

Greetings from the church at the house of

Bob & Jill Evely, Wilmore KY (see Rom 16:5).

We are not part of any organized denomination or church, but are just one small part of the single, world-wide body of Christ. We meet weekly in our home for a study of the Scriptures. We fellowship with other believers, some who agree with our specific beliefs and some who do not. We worship not in any specific place or day; but in everyday life.

We believe the Bible is 100% God’s Word, but since the first few centuries the majority within the church have been wrong in many teachings, which resulted in many errors and biases now found within our Bible translations. But if one studies the Bible using a concordance, paying close attention to the context for any given Hebrew or Greek word found in the original languages, we will see perfection in God’s plan for His creation.

  • Aion should be translated eon or age, not eternity.
  • Hades is not hell, but the unseen place where all go upon death; believer or unbeliever.
  • The lake of fire is not a permanent condition, but is used by God to deal with rebellion and reach His ultimate goal.
  • God is in the process, thru Christ, of leading all men to salvation; culminating with God becoming All in all (1 Cor 15:28).
