The “Directory of Student Organizations” is a comprehensive list of all official West Chester University student organizations
that have completed the annual registration process as outlined in the “Ram’s Eye View Student Handbook”, page 27.
This 2012-2013 edition of the Directory lists 238student organizations. Each year, to ensure an ongoing and accurate
listing, the Office of Student Leadership & Involvement requires, on behalf of the Student Government Association, all
student organizations to re-register by May 1. The information received by this yearly registration process provides a
current listing of all student organizations and their respective advisors and presidents. A new “Directory of Student
Organizations” is compiled and distributed to the campus community in late August/early September.
Any changes, additions and/or deletions in the “Directory of Student Organizations” information should be updated on
a student organization’s ORGSYNC portal for the student organization on an ongoing basis, so ORGSYNC provides the most
accurate record possible.
