A Request for an Amended Order of Conditions for DEP File No. SE57-2569 in order to repair and revegetate an eroding Coastal Bank including installation of an overflow pipe to move stormwater from the top of the bank to the bottom of bank. 7:30 PM John Salkowski, 6 Marscot Way, Parcel ID 095-000-002-033. A Notice of Intent to construct an addition to an existing single-family dwelling and upgrade the septic system, in the buffer zone of Big West Pond.

Testing includes collection of soil/sediment samples on shore.
