This project is subject to review by Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program and MESA.

A Request for an Amended Order of Conditions for DEP File No. SE57-2569 in order to repair and revegetate an eroding Coastal Bank including installation of an overflow pipe to move stormwater from the top of the bank to the bottom of bank. A complete project narrative is available in the Conservation office.

7:30 PM John Salkowski, 6 Marscot Way, Parcel ID 095-000-002-033. A Notice of Intent to construct an addition to an existing single-family dwelling and upgrade the septic system, in the buffer zone of Big West Pond.

Discussion: Filing guidance in order to perform Goetechnical testing within the salt marsh area near the Water Street Parking Lot (behind sewer pump station on Water St), Map 12/Lot 46A, associated with aUS Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Brownfields Cleanup Grantfor the Water Street parking lot (Former Revere Copper Site)

Testing includes collection of soil/sediment samples on shore.
