Bridal Gown Contract
Please read the following carefully. Signing this contract indicates your agreement to the terms herein.
Returns and Cancellations
· All sales are final. There are NO refunds, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or credits on any item sold at La Bella Rae Bridal.
· Orders may be canceled or changed up to 24 hours after the sale is made. No cancellations or changes may be made to orders after 24 hours. If a cancellation is made within the allotted 24 hours a $150 fee will be applied.
· Rushed orders or stock orders cannot be canceled at any time.
· In the unfortunate event that your wear date is cancelled, La Bella Rae Bridal cannot cancel the order or refund any money paid toward the order.
· Deposits are non-refundable. Any payments made toward the order are final.
Sizing
· Before the order has been placed with the manufacturer, please review the order to ensure that the style, size, and color are correct.
· Your gown is a manufactured gown set to standard sizes based on the manufacturer’s size chart, these are not custom made gowns so most dresses will need some form of alterations. Your measurements will be taken at La Bella Rae Bridal and a size will be recommended based on the designer’s size chart.We require three measurements including the bust, waist, and hips. Remember it is always easier to take in a dress than let out. If one part of you measures one size and another part of you is a larger size, please order the larger size. Alterations are an additional cost and are not included in the price of the gown.
· La Bella Rae Bridal is NOT responsible for measurements taken by anyone other than a La Bella Rae Stylist.
· You are encouraged to take an active part in the measurement process. If you feel uncomfortable with the measurements taken or believe them to be incorrect, inform La Bella Rae Bridal immediately, before signing this contract, and you will be re-measured.
· You may order a different size than the size recommended by the La Bella Rae Stylist. La Bella Rae Bridal is NOT responsible for the fit of the garment should you choose a size other than our recommendation. Garments are not custom fit.
· La Bella Rae Bridal is NOT responsible for the fit of the garment or additional costs incurred including, but not limited to: alterations, additional materials needed due to weight loss, weight gain, pregnancy, or surgery.
· Alterations are not done by La Bella Rae Bridal. Any alterations performed on a gown is in contract between the bride and seamstress. We will recommend a seamstress to you but this seamstress is not employed by La Bella Rae Bridal. La Bella Rae Bridal is not responsible for any alterations made to your gown by the seamstress.
Shipping
· This garment is a special which and requires 4-6 months for production. All ship dates are approximate. The manufacturer reserves the right to change a ship date based on their production schedule.
· Once the order has been placed with the manufacturer, the order cannot be expedited or rushed. Shipping may be upgraded from the manufacturer to La Bella Rae Bridal, at the manufacturer’s discretion. Additional fees may apply, payable by purchaser.
· Any remaining balance on special ordered merchandise is to be paid in full within 48 hours of notification of receipt of your order by La Bella Rae Bridal.
· Merchandise that requires shipping from La Bella Rae Bridal to a different location will be shipped UPS 2 Day Air Insured with a signature confirmation required. Orders must be paid in full before being shipped from La Bella Rae Bridal. Additional charges will be added for this option and will include shipping, insurance, tracking and signed confirmation.
Inspection and Pickup
· The named contact person, as specified on the original order, will be notified upon arrival of the merchandise. Garments must be inspected by bride or named contact for any manufacturer flaws or discrepancies within seven business days after arriving at La Bella Rae Bridal.
· La Bella Rae Bridal will NOT release any merchandise to anyone other than the named contact without prior authorization. If the named contact is unable to pick up the merchandise, the name of an alternate authorized pickup person must be provided to La Bella Rae Bridal.
· If the event date stated in the original order changes for any reason, it is the responsibility named contact person to notify La Bella Rae Bridal.
· All merchandise must be picked up no later than seven days after the event date on file. Any merchandise not picked up is considered abandoned and will become property of La Bella Rae Bridal. La Bella Rae Bridal is NOT responsible for contacting individuals in regards to any merchandise left behind.
· Merchandise must be inspected before leaving the store. After the merchandise is removed from La Bella Rae Bridal, La Bella Rae Bridal is no longer responsible for the care or condition of the item.
· Steaming is included ONCE before the dress leaves La Bella Rae Bridal.
ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Please read below entirely before signing. *I am choosing to place the above order with La Bella Rae Bridal. I have selected my own size and any/all other options above myself. I acknowledge that La Bella Rae Bridal is not responsible for my size selection or slight variations of fit or color. I have been informed that all shipping and arrival dates given are estimations. *I understand that with this purchase once initial payment is made no refunds, exchanges, cancellations or changes to this order will be made. Even if the event is cancelled or date changed. *I am aware that alterations are not included in the price of the gown and are required on most gowns. I am also aware that La Bella Rae Bridal does not perform or pay for any alterations. *I agree to pick up and pay any balance due for the above merchandise within 7 days of notification of arrival. I realize that any merchandise left for over 7 days past the provided wedding date becomes La Bella Rae property.
