Veterans Parade approaching, Emails have gone out to orgs who need to complete SOLR, took SOLR slides for groups to view and take short quizzes, Will send out another reminder, Claremore Dreams 2025- series of town hall meetings getting input from community members, one more meeting left (Nov 16th)- student participation important, Managing Across Generations (Free conference opportunity) Nov. 15th- about 30 free spots will be given out- focused on managing across generations, Community Service opportunity in North Tulsa- Nov 21st- definite date, email Dr. Keith Martin if your org wants to be involved (wear RSU gear)

Destination RSU- Nov 11th 9-1, in DCTC ballroom, orgs can set up tables and talk to prospective students, orgs can set up table from 3-5 on the 10th, can fill out form online

All SGA forms available on SGA website, All forms turned into Kayla, Tulsa Oilers- orgs can adopt a night- talk to Kayla if interested, Paint the Town Blue- 1st homecoming event, all windows given away, Tuesday is Fauxsino Night, Wednesday NSU game- students will leave from DCTC at 4:30, only 55 spots (free), Thursday- Skate night 7-9pm, Friday Bonfire and movie night, Homecoming week photo contest- post a picture using hashtag Hillcatnation to win $100 giftcard, Saturday game and tailgating, Cornhole tournament at tailgate, order Homecoming tshirt online, Voting on Nov 8-12th, Holiday on the Hill Nov. 28th 5:30pm, Hillcamp Director Applications are available in student affairs

Red figures in Baird hall and SafeNet were set up to raise awareness for domestic violence, red figures represented lives lost through domestic violence, Thank you to everyone who participated in Kiddie Carnival, Nov 14th 6pm in conference room A SJL is having their next meeting, everyone who is interested in participating in MLK Day parade should attend this meeting, Will try to start preparing for the parade the following week, Got a call from the Autumn Woods Senior Living Center looking for volunteers to come spend time with residents, Been in contact with NASA- the Native American Heritage Day 10-6 Saturday, more events will be coming up in the spring, Been working on getting guest speaker to campus

Thanksgiving dinner will be in the Clubhouse on Thanksgiving Day, need volunteers to donate food and drinks (1-4pm), if interested in donating get those items to Nikki by Nov. 20th

PLC and Honors are doing a donation drive for Night Light Tulsa to sponsor a meal which costs $700, Monday-Wednesday after Thanksgiving will set up table asking for any donations, those who donate will get a pair of socks
