Payment Schedule
The full rental fee for exhibit space is required with your completed Exhibit Space Reservations form by Friday, February 28, 2014.
Installation of Exhibit Spaces
Wednesday, April 23, 2014, from 8:00 am to 11:00 am
Tear Down of Exhibit Space
Saturday, April 26, 2014, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Exhibit Hours: Wednesday 6:10 pm to 7:30 pm (Poster Session A)
Thursday 6:40 pm to 8:00 pm (Poster Session B)
Friday 6:25 pm to 7:45 pm (Poster Session C)
Saturday 10:10 am to 11:30 am (Poster Session D)
Important Notes
· Exhibit hours may change, if that happens, we’ll let you know ASAP!
· Exhibit space should be staffed during open hall hours and activities (we want you to meet attendees).
Care of Exhibit Space
We ask that exhibitors care for and keep in order all their occupied space in the SBM Annual Meeting Poster Hall. Cleaning and dusting of the table top booths, display equipment, and (or) other materials will be the exhibitor’s responsibility and these duties shall be performed at the exhibitor’s expense.
Assignment of Exhibit Space
Placement of Exhibitors is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis pending receipt of your Exhibit Space Reservations Form at the SBM National Office.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by Friday, February 28, 2014, will be refunded minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations after Friday, February 28, 2014, will not receive a refund unless booth space is resold.
Payment
$550 per Exhibit Space – (Includes: One 6 foot skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket, ID sign in 10x10 foot space and two waived base registrations).
Number of Spaces: X $550 Fee = Total Amount

This application is made with the understanding that the applicant agrees to abide by all guidelines contained herein as well as any pertinent house regulations by the Philadelphia Downtown Marriott.
