I understand that:

· Entries must be labelled and presented in a labelled closable cloth bag as per conditions of entry.

· Entries must be prepared for hanging as per ‘Conditions of Entry’.

· Insurance is my responsibility at all times.

· Entries will have a prepaid courier bag with them if they are not own pickup.

· Entries must arrive at either Janome Sew ‘n Quilt, River Terrace, Waipukurau or Delbrook Quilt Company, 107 Alexandra Crescent, Hastings by 10th March 2018 or at Quilter’s Lane, Masterton by 4 p.m. 9 March 2018.

· Photos of my quilt may be shown on the Wine Country Quilts website quilt gallery page.
