-Review CSM request to subdivide property owned by Darren Giese, located at 663 Miranda. Consider approval of same.

-Review CSM request by Curt Moe of 656 Miranda to acquire a tract of land abutting said property from 660 Miranda. Consider approval of same.

-Review proposed amendment CPA 01-13 to the Village of Combined Locks Year 2030 Comprehensive Plan. Consider approval of same.

-Review resolution 2013-7 adopting amendment CPA 01-13 to the Village of Combined Locks Year 2030 Comprehensive Plan. Consider approval of same.

-Review proposed ordinance 13-5-2 of Combined Locks Municipal Code amending the Village of Combined Locks Year 2030 Comprehensive Plan. Consider approval of same.

-Review proposed bid from Frank Pomprowitz for brush grinding and hauling services. Consider approval of same.

-Review letter of response drafted by attorney Chuck Koehler regarding Storm water permit violations for Garner’s Creek –Linberg Park Project. Consider approval of same.

-Review intermunicipal agreement with Village of Kimberly regarding brush grinding. Consider approval of same.

-Village President’s appointments to the Sex Offender Residence Board.

-Consider motion to move into closed session per Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c) issues relating to employment, promotion, compensation information of Village employees.
