RE: CALLING ALL CARD PARTY VOLUNTEERS!!

As you may already know, on Friday, May 12th, 2017 at 7:00pm, we will be hosting our 5thAnnual Card Party, our largest fundraiser where we raffle off great prizes and gift baskets, at Shepherds Hall. We need volunteers to work the event. This is a great chance to fulfill your service hours! Here are ways you can help support SJWCA:

·  DONATIONS: - Need BIG TICKET ITEMS, i.e., sports/concert tickets, electronics...

BY April 24th - See Wish List Signup sheet in the office or on SJWCA.org

- Donate wine/liquor for prizes

-  Gift cards to restaurants, stores, spas, salons, etc.

-  Cash donations: Committee will purchase great raffle items with the collection.

·  ANGEL SPONSOR: Donations of $25 or more will be acknowledged in our Event program. Cash, check or credit card can be made in the SJWCA office. See the office for a form.

·  VOLUNTEER: - See times below for Setup and Event Staff Volunteers

-  Soliciting donations from businesses (Donation letter available)

-  Post flyers in neighborhood stores. See SJWCA office for copies.

EVENT STAFF: ALL Volunteers working the event MUST meet at 5:30pm for walk-through.

______Friday, May 12, 5:30pm until End of Event: Event Staff to sell raffle tickets, check-in guests, refreshments, breakdown/clean up at the end of the event, etc.
