DRAFT

The main goal is establishing permanently acting Study Session, which will prepare specialists among the students-debaters and schoolteachers for their further Action activity and development of debate clubs of three target regions: Ivano-frankivsk region(Ukraine), Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county (Hungary), Maramures county (Romania). Cross-Border Debate Youth Study should support youth initiatives and promote the Youth Carpathian International Debate Association.

Objectives. 1) To prepare the participants to the future debate tournaments; 2) to develop the Youth Carpathian International Debate Association strategy; 3) to teach the participants how to find the members for the debate clubs, promote the debate clubs in the schools and universities.

11.00 – 12.00 / Training 1. The role of debates. What are the debates? The history of debates. Lada Malaniy

09.30 – 11.30 / Training debate tournament.(Topic: THIS HOUSE WOULD CENSOR THE INTERNET). Discussion.
11.30 – 12.00 / Debate club and debate tournaments.How to develop own brand, playing in the team, self-government, perspectives for the development.
12.00 – 13.00 / Presentation of the Youth Carpathian International Debate Association. Signing the Memorandum of cooperation between project partners.
13.00 – 14.00 / Lunch
14.00 – 14.30 / The Closing Ceremony. Certificates Awarding.
14.30 – 16.00 / The strategic debate planning committee of the three project target locations.
Discussion the strategic development of the Youth Carpathian International Debate Association.
