CURRENT POSITION
(Baseline/Context) / The Coldside Ward has a number of specific focus groups, for example Top of The Hill Forum, Community Regeneration Forum and a number of Tenants and Residents Groups. There is a need for a NRS or Community Council to represent the interest of the Ward.
