Background
The Appellant Shri Ashok Mangla, Director, M/s Grand filaments Pvt. Ltd., Delhi Mathura Road, Tatarpur Industrial Area, Village- Tatarpur-121102, Distt., Palwal, Haryana, has preferred the present appeal dated 24/12/2015 received on 04/01/2016 under Section 19(1) of the Right to Information Act,2005, against the order No.1700 dated 19/11/2015 by CPIO, SIDBI, in response to his application Dated 28/10/2015 seeking information with regard to Capital Subsidy & Interest Subsidy of M/s Grand Filament Pvt. Ltd, Village Tatarpur (Palwal) under TUFS Scheme by SIDBI & Textile Commissioner. The Appellant is Director of the said Company. Not satisfied with the information provided by CPIO, the Appellant has challenged the said order dated November 19, 2015 of CPIO inter alia, on various grounds alleging deficiency in information provided by CPIO.
I have perused the application dated 28/10/2015, order of CPIO dated 19/11/2015 and grounds of appeal dated 24/12/2015 and observe that Appellant had asked for copies certified to be true of the documents whereas CPIO has not provided certified true copies. The Appellant has claimed that the information pertaining to para No.3 of his application has not been provided as desired by him and unwanted/undesired information has been provided. I observe that CPIO has mentioned that application of the company was not lodged with Textile Commissioner; Government of India and has given reasons for the same, which were not asked by the Appellant. In my view, the Appellant may ignore the reasons or other information mentioned by CPIO which was not asked by him. The Appellant has also mentioned that page No.1 of the agreement is missing and the list of the units mentioned is not legible. He has also mentioned that information has not been provided in the form as asked by him. On perusal of the information provided by CPIO, I find some merit in the appeal and allow the appeal with direction to CPIO to provide the available information duly certified including legible list of the units in the form and manner asked by Appellant within 20 working days from receipt of the order, unless CPIO has other reasons to deny or withhold thesame.
Copy of appeal may be forwarded to CPIO to facilitate him in compliance of the order.

Order accordingly.
Copy of this decision may be sent to the Appellant and to the CPIO.
