APPLICATION FOR EXTRA ADMISSION TICKETS FOR TRADERS
An allocation of free tickets will be given to each trader as part of the package. They will be sent out to traders in an information pack about two weeks before the Eisteddfod.

· 1 x 3m x 6m unit / space or structure up to 18m2 - 2 week tickets + 8 ‘any day’ tickets
· 2 x 3m x 6m units / space or structure between 18m2 -36m2 - 5 week tickets + 8 ‘any day’ tickets

Each additional stand or space/structure up to 18m2 will receive 1 extra week tickets.

WEEK TICKETS = 8 separate tickets dated from Saturday 5 August – Saturday 12 August.
‘ANY DAY’ TICKETS = a ticket which can be used on any ONE day of your choice.
One ticket admits one person only and entrance to the Eisteddfod is not permitted without a ticket.
IMPORTANT – All tickets within the Week Ticket are all dated and cannot be exchanged for tickets for any other day.
If you forget your ticket or bring the wrong ticket with you, it will not be possible to offer a refund on presentation of the correct ticket at a later time. The correct ticket must be shown to gain entry to the Eisteddfod.
PURCHASING EXTRA TICKETS
Extra tickets at a discounted price can be ordered until 30 June.
After 1 July, the tickets will be full price, except for the first weekend where the tickets will remain at the prices below. They will have to be purchased through our website www.eisteddfod.org.uk or by phoning 0845 40 90 800 and paying with a credit card. We will not be able to invoice after 1 July.

PRS AND PPL MUSIC LICENSES
If you plan to play music on your stand during the National Eisteddfod you are required by law to be licensed to do so.
PPL (Phonographic Performance Limited) and PRS for Music are separate organisations with different sets of licensing rights for the use of music.
PPL collects and distributes licence fees for the use of recorded music on behalf of record companies and performers, while PRS for Music collects and distributes royalties for the use of musical compositions and lyrics for composers, writers and publishers. You may need a permit from the two organisations.
PPL: If you play recorded music (ie CDs, tapes, DVDs) you will need a PPL licence.
PRS: If you play music, whether live, on TV, radio, CD or DVD you will need to pay royalties to PRS for Music. The daily fees are shown below and are dependent on the size of the stand.
The Eisteddfod, in agreement with PPL and PRS, can organise this licence on your behalf.

After receiving your details, the Eisteddfod will deliver the licence to you on the Friday before the Eisteddfod starts for display in your stand.
