COIN AND AWARDS DINNER

June 3 1830-2130 RMC Cadet Mess Full Dress Uniform with medals

A map will be given out next week . The head table will be piped in 1830 hrs sharp. Cadet should arrive by 1815 hrs. .

This is one of the highlights of our training year and also where a lot of the Annual Awards are presented along with the Squadron Coin. The cost is only $15.00 per person for a full sit down served meal. Your parents and / or siblings are welcomed and encouraged to attend.

The form was included in the package mailed to each cadet two weeks ago. If you do not have it email Mr. Heyman at for one.

The form and payment or arrangements must be handed in by this Tuesday May 9 to Mr. Heyman.

Due to the ordering of meals NO exceptions will be given.

If you are unable to attend on May 9 be sure to contact Mr. Heyman by email.

UNIFORM WORKSHOP:

Monday May 8th, @TDH, 1830-2100, all cadets strongly encouraged to attend. Come get coaching on how to do your uniform properly (hair, boots, pants, sewing etc...) before ACR. Wear appropriate civilian clothing, but make sure to bring your full dress uniform, as well as polishing kit, iron+board (if possible) and sewing kits. If any questions, ask WO2 Feuillat and/or WO2 Donnelly.

Legion Dinner Saturday May 13 1600-1900 hrs

560 Legion Montreal St Summer Dress Uniform

We need 15 cadets to help serve dinner to the Legion. This is a good opportunity to show your appreciation for their donations to the squadron. It also is a great way to do some community work and use these hours for both school and cadet volunteer hours

Thompson Drill Hall

Dress - appropriates sports gear

Open to all cadets. Format will be Flight competition oriented.

Lunch will be provided

Bring Healthy snacks if you wish. Fruit for afternoon snack will be available.

Sign up sheet will be posted in Thompson Drill Hall on Tuesday.

Make sure you sign up and support your Squadron.

Also we need to insure numbers for food.
