CREATE YOU OWN SUPER-BOWL ADVERTISEMENT WITH POWERPOINT.

PowerPoint Presentation:

You have this class period to create a NEW Advertising Commercial Using PowerPoint. Include Pictures, Custom Animation, Transition, Timing, and Sound.

Pick a well known product or service and come up with your own advertising campaign. Your PowerPoint slide show must be appropriate and should be designed to sell your product or service.

Pick something well known that would appeal to most people such as: a soft drink, snack food, a restaurant, MP3, electronic device, video game, cell phone, retail store, etc. You must come up with your own advertisement for that item.

You must complete a slide show presentation in PowerPoint for that product/service or company. POWERPOINT Presentation should be at least 6 slides with the following information and put this on a 30 second timer (TRANSITION TAB> RIGHT SIDE “ADVANCE SLIDE”. Each slide needs a timer based on how much information is on it, the total slide show should be 30 seconds:

SLIDE 1: COVER PAGE (Names of Presenters and Product/Company)

SLIDE 2: PRODUCT or COMPANY NAME> DESCRIPTION AND FACTS ABOUT YOUR

PRODUCT OR SERVICE

SLIDE 3: DESCRIPTION AND PICTURES OF YOUR TARGET CUSTOMER

(Customers using the product/service)

SLIDE 4: DESCRIPTION AND PICTURES OF THE “BENEFITS” OF

YOUR PRODUCT OR SERVICE (Answer the question, why should my

audience buy this? Benefits are also results.) You could also include why your

product/service is better than the competition.

SLIDE 5: CREATE YOUR OWN SLOGAN OF THIS PRODUCT OR SERVICE

(a slogan is a memorable phrase used in advertising EX: Nike “Just Do It”)

SLIDE 6: SUMMARIZE-Why should a consumer buy your product/service?

**ALL SLIDES NEED TO HAVE SCHOOL APPROPRIATE INFORMATION AND PICTURES.

Save as “Advertising Presentation” on your “h” drive.
