Juveniles are referred based on where they reside, not where the offense occurs. If you have a juvenile who resides outside your municipal or Troop location, refer to the above town coverage for each Juvenile Court. This does not necessarily coincide with the JD coverage boundaries. DCF committed children must go to the Juvenile Court where the DCF office is located which handles them.

Juveniles should be given a court appearance time of 9:00 A.M.
