The ammunition is intended for the use in NATO calibre guns and stored on a NATO pallet. The ammunition is linked and packed in M548 metal boxes, 21 or 30 rounds (PSRTA and PBA) linked. One NATO pallet (1200 x 800) contains 18 M548 metal boxes (378 cartridges (metal boxes with 21 rounds) or 540 cartridges (metal boxes with 30 rounds).

The offer can, in compliance with the regulation, be submitted by persons and representatives of legal entities, who are authorised for military weapons and equipment transactions or who possess an approval for manufacturing military weapons and equipment. The offer can be submitted for a single type of item or single quantities or for the total quantity of single items or the total quantity. The seller may select the most advantageous bidder through additional negotiations. Priority will be given to bidders who fulfil all afore-mentioned requirements and offer a higher price or submit an offer for a greater quantity.

In your offer, please include your title, address, phone number and E-mail, offered price cannot be smaller than the published price. Furthermore, please enclose a copy of the authorisation for military weapons and equipment transactions or the approval for manufacturing military weapons and equipment.

In addition, the offer has to state the address and country of the end user of the relevant items. The seller is contractually obliged to the manufacturer based on the approval for the disposal by sale or the information on the end user of the assets.

The removal from the storage facilities of the Ministry of Defence and related logistics costs shall be covered by the (Incoterms 2011, EXW).
