Meeting Sponsorship Application
The BWSHRM Chapter Sponsorship Program is designed to bring together HR related business, service providers, and our general membership. This is a great opportunity for businesses to present and promote their product or service to HR professionals from the Butler and Warren County area. It also provides our members with an opportunity to evaluate various HR related tools to help them in performing their roles in Human Resources.
The cost for sponsorship is only $100 and includes:
Your ad in the monthly Buzz newsletter (2 months)
Recognition at the meeting including a table for your company information or information to be placed on all tables for attendees. Opportunities exist for you to promote your business by interacting with BWSHRM members before and after the regularly scheduled monthly meeting.
Opportunity to speak for up to three minutes to our meeting attendees about your products and/or services
Complimentary breakfast for two company representatives
An opportunity for you to provide a door prize giveaway
GENERAL INFORMATION
When are the monthly meetings? BWSHRM meetings are held the first Thursday of each month.
Where does the meeting take place? Wetherington Country Club located at 7337 Country Club Ln., West Chester, Ohio 45069.
What time should I arrive? Networking begins at 7:30am. Sponsors may arrive up to 30 minutes earlier to set up the display table. The program begins at 8:00 am and concludes at 9:00 am.
What should I expect? Attendees will begin arriving at 7:30 am to register and network prior to the start of the meeting. Introductions will begin at 8:00 am and the program will begin shortly afterwards. The meeting will conclude with a BWSHRM door prize and a sponsorship door prize, if applicable. There will be an additional opportunity for networking as the meeting closes.
Is there anything else I need to know?Sponsors receive two complimentary meals and admission. Additional representatives will need to register and pay as guests.
Company information: Sponsors will need to provide their logo, byline and contact information for posting to the meeting registration form and an ad for posting to the BWSHRM newsletter. Please forward via email at the same time you mail your registration form and payment.
