3.2BuildingheightStadiumandShowgroundsprecinct(excludingtheNorthShoreEventsCentre)
1.Buildings,includinglighttowers,fittingsandsupportsandtowers,located20morlessfromasiteinaresidentialzone,theFutureUrbanzoneorapublicopenspacemustnotexceed18minheight.
2.Buildings,includinglighttowers,fittingsandsupportsandtowers,locatedmorethan20mfromasiteinaresidentialzone,theFutureUrbanzoneorapublicopenspacemustnotexceed35minheight.
3.3BuildingheightAllothermajorrecreationfacilities
1.Buildings,includinglighttowers,fittingsandsupportsandtowersmustnotexceed18minheight.
3.4Heightinrelationtoboundary

Adesignstatementisrequiredfortheactivitiesspecifiedinthetablebelow.Thedesignstatementisrequiredtoincludeasaminimumthemattersindicatedwithinthetableassetoutinclause2.7.2ofthegeneralprovisions.Drawings,illustrationsandsupportingwrittenexplanationshouldbeproportionatetothecomplexityandsignificanceofthedevelopmentproposal.RefertotheADMforguidanceonthepreparationofdesignstatements.
