PUBLIC COMMENT POLICY-It is the policy of the Naches Town Council to accept public comment on agenda items at the time the item is being discussed during the study session. Public comments regarding items not on the agenda will be heard at the end of the meeting. a) Mr. Larry Dekker and Greta Alderson would like to ask Council’s permission to have overnight camping at Applewood Park for the Annual YMCA Invitational Swim Meet on June 26-28, 2009.

All matters listed within the consent agenda have been distributed to each member of the Naches Town Council for reading and study, are considered to be routine, and will be enacted by one motion of the Council with no separate discussion. a) Proposed Resolution 2009-02 Amending the 6 Yr. TIP
b) Proposed Resolution 2009-03 Authorizing the Mayor to Sign the Local Agency Agreement, Local Agency Federal Aid Project Prospectus and the Local Agency Standard Consultant Agreement for the 2nd and 3rd Street Resurfacing Project.
