  • Staff in main office trains new employees.

  • 2 weeks of laws and policies then 1 week of procedures and 6 months of on the job training

  • At 3 and 4 years there are tests that must be passed.

  • We have pretty low turnover as a result of a very positive working environment where we treat our staff as professionals. They are given a lot of control over the types of audits they perform and manage their own work schedules.
