Table Rental Agreement Terms

  • Date of sale is Saturday, August 3, 2013 from 8am to 12pm.
  • Set-up and check-in will begin on Friday, August 2, 2013 from 3pm to 6pm. Please check in before proceeding to your table. Doors will open at 7am on Saturday, August 3, 2013 for continued check-in and set-up. Please have your table completely set by 7:45.
  • Table renters will receive an 8’ table to display and sell items.
  • Table renters may also rent a space for a clothing rack for $3. Renter must provide his or herown rack.
  • There will be a “large item” area. Items that do not fit on or under your table MUST be placed in the large item area to maintain clear pathways in the shopping area. The cost is $1 per item. Large items must be checked in by 7am Saturday to allow organizers to prepare the area.
  • A responsible adult must remain in the seller’s rental space at all times. One extra helper is allowed per table rental.
  • If you bring children with you to the sale, please understand you are responsible for keeping them supervised at your table. Unsupervised children must not be permitted to roam through the sale unattended.
  • Table renters are responsible for pricing and tagging their own items, and arranging them in an attractive and orderly manner. Please understand that all items must be clean and in working condition.
  • Table renters are expected to provide their own change and their own bags for their customers.
  • Table renters are expected to act as their own security for items they bring to sell.
  • LCC will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur on its premises.
  • Please keep your items in the area assigned to you and not have items protruding out into another seller’s area or in the walkways.
  • You are responsible for carrying all items you are selling to your table from the parking lot/car.
  • To ensure all shoppers have a fair opportunity to shop, you agree not to begin packing up until 12pm.
  • Sellers are required to clean up their space after the sale. All trash, empty boxes, plastic bags or items you do not want MUST be taken with you or put in the appropriate

receptacles.

NOTICE: The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a new law on the resale of children’s items (for children through age 12). The new law took effect in February 2009. The new law makes it unlawful to sell recalled products or any item that exceeds new lead limits. Resellers need to pay special attention to certain products like cribs, play yards, children’s jewelry, or stuffed toys with small parts. Please go to for more information.

I have been made aware of the law and am not selling any recalled or illegal items to the best of my knowledge. If an item that I sold is found to have been recalled or illegal, it is my responsibility and not the responsibility of Linworth Children’s Center or any Mom2Mom organizers.
