*29th, Sunday: Webster Groves Lions Club Wine Fest at the Hawken House Hearth Room, 1155 S. Rock Hill Rd in Webster Groves.. Get rid of the winter “blahs”, and join us from 2 - 5 pm. 7th, Monday: District 26-M2 Cabinet Meeting @ House Springs Lions Hall, 6482 Highway MM, House Springs, MO 63051. We will be offering the opportunity to eat a buffet meal before the meeting. Please arrive no earlier than 6:30 pm: the buffet will start at 7:00 pm.

11th & 12th, Friday & Saturday: Webster Groves Lions Club BBQ @ General Grant Center parking lot, 8400 Watson Rd, 63119. 10:30am till 7:30pm each day. Serving award winning BBQ, ribs, rib tips, pork steaks, chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs and brats, along with sides of potato salad, baked beans, and sometimes coleslaw. 27th – 29th, Friday – Sunday: Great Plains Lions Leadership Institute (GPLLI) will be held @ Northwest Missouri State University, Maryville, Missouri. This is a great opportunity for any Lion, Lioness, or LEO 18 or older who has not yet served as District Governor as of the institute date. The fee is $190 per participant through April 30 ($210 per participant after April 30). Fee included meals, seminars and double occupancy dorm room. *29th, Sunday: There will be an opportunity for Lions to meet & greet 12 youths from Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Israel, Poland and Turkey. Valley Lions Club has Music Jamboree on the second Saturday of every month (starting Oct 11th). 7:00 pm @ the club house on Highway C in Belgrade. Bring your instruments and join in the fun. Food available.
