Submission Form

Instructions for Submission: Please read carefully.

Ø  Please note there are two requirements to conform to:

1.  Your abstract, including text, figure and reference, must fit into the box overleaf.

2.  Do not change the box size from dimensions: Height-18.42, width-16.83.

3.  Use Arial font size 10, formatted to 1.25 line space.

4.  Use bold font for subheadings

Ø  Please enter your abstract in a structured format to suit the contents of your presentation.

Ø  Please present your abstract as you would wish it to appear in our book of abstracts. Accepted abstracts (both oral and poster) will be collated and presented to delegates as a book of abstracts upon arrival.

Ø  You are invited to provide one table or figure, and one key reference, however the total length must fit into the text box overleaf. Applications longer than this will be rejected.

Ø  If you choose to provide a figure or table, please also attach it as a file to your email.

Ø  Once you have completed all above instructions, please attach your submission (and relevant figure/table file) to an email with Subject: Abstract Submission 2016, and addressee: . Please also give the first author, relevant theme and abstract title in the main body of the email.

Ø  You should receive email confirmation of receipt within 3 working days.
