Move out Inspection: Please be aware that we expect during regular business hours, your participation in the move out walk through inspection. At that time, you may turn in all keys to the apartment unit and will sign and receive a copy of the move out inspection form detailing any and all charges against your security deposit. Please be advised that upon request, you will be provided copies of invoices or payment receipts that identify Management's actual cost for items and/or services that are charged to you. Should you choose not to participate in the move out inspection process, this letter serves as your notice of our intent to re-enter and take possession of the premises unless you contact our office within ten (10) business days of the posting and mailing of abandonment notice.
If you do not contact us within such ten-day period, we intend to remove any and all possessions and personal effects remaining in or on the premises and to re-rent the premises. If you do not claim such possessions and personal effects within thirty (30) days of our taking possession, we intend to dispose of your possessions and personal effects.
