Statement of work

Assumptions

[List any general assumptions regarding the project. Provide details about who will provide what materials, services, and information.]

Any heavy equipment, i.e. forklifts, stock, inventory, heavy furniture - that needs to be moved to facilitate installation will be arrainged by M.U.M.P.S. Inc. We at The Springer Group LLC cannot assume liability for any damage done to the customer’s inventory, property, or equipment during installation. All tools and materials needed for installation not listed on the invoice will be provided by The Springer Group LLC. Delays in project completion due to vendor supply chain cannot be held against The Springer Group LLC.

Change management process

Any changes to the project plan,equipment, software or hardware deemed necessary by the customer will be billed. Any changes to the project plan,equipment, software or hardware deemed necessary by The Springer Group LLC, through no fault of their own, will be billed. Any change to the project plan, equipment, software or hardware will be approved by M.U.M.P.S. Inc and by The Springer Group LLC before being implimented.

Engagement related expenses

Any expense Incurred not listed on the cost analysis will be paid by M.U.M.P.S. Inc .

Professional services agreement

M.U.M.P.S. Inc will be purchasing all software, hardware, computers, peripherals, and equipment as agreed on the invoice. M.U.M.P.S. Inc will own his own network, and will assume all rights and responsibilities that go with ownership. M.U.M.P.S. Inc is responsible for the network maintenance. The Springer Group LLC will provide maintenance not Included in the Installation Plan under separate service contract.
