UNIFORM POLICY 92-02
Player uniforms come under two classes, Intramural and Travel. Select Intramural Tournaments will be given a T-shirt. All uniforms must be purchased through the HSA Athletic Director. Players are urged to replace the uniform as they wear in order to present a good appearance. There is an approved shirt for the coach.
- Coach’s Shirt
1.1 Shirt shall be the established color and style set by the Executive
Committee.
1.2 The shirt shall have the HSA Logo. The Logo shall be placed on the
shirt on the right chest side. It shall be 3” in height. The Logo shall be
the established color set by the Executive Committee.
1.3 A sponsor’s name cannot be placed on any part of the shirt.
1.4 The shirt shall be solid blue in color.
1.5 The Logo on the shirt shall be gold or navy in color.
1.6 The style can be of Jersey or T-shirt or sweatshirt, short or long sleeved,
with a collar or hood.
- Intramural Uniform
2.1 Shirt, shorts, and socks will be black in color.
2.2 The shirt shall have HSA Logo. The Logo shall be placed on the left
chest side. It shall be 3” in height.
2.3 The shirt shall have a number and shall be put on the back and the
number shall be 6” in height.
2.4 A sponsor’s name can be placed on the front of the shirt above the
numbers and the lettering cannot be larger than 2" or smaller than 1".
- Travel Uniform
The travel Program has three approved uniforms.
Primary
Secondary
Alternate (spring and summer)
Only the three approved uniforms are acceptable when the team is representing HSA. No exceptions will be made. The use of these uniforms is detailed below.
3.1Primary Travel Uniforms.
3.1.1Shirt, shorts, and socks shall be the established color and style set by the Executive Committee.
3.1.2The shirt shall have the HSA Logo. The Logo shall be placed on the shirt on the left chest side. It shall be 3” in height.
3.1.3The shirt shall have a number. The number shall be centered on the back. It shall be 8” in height.
3.1.4A sponsor’s name cannot be placed on any part of the uniform.
3.1.5The socks shall be solid navy blue in color.
3.1.6The Logo and Number on the shirt shall be gold or navy blue in color.
3.1.7A T-shirt or sweatshirt, white or navy blue in color, long sleeved, with a crew neck or mock turtle or turtle neck style, can be worn under the travel shirt. All players on one team must have the same style.
3.2 Secondary Travel Uniform.
3.2.1Shirt, shorts, and socks shall be the established color and style set by the Executive Committee.
3.2.2The Secondary Travel Uniform can be used only when you are the home team and the referee asks you to change uniforms because the HSA primary shirt is of similar color to the visiting team or when you are a visiting team and the home team cannot change colors.
3.2.3The shirt shall have the HSA Logo. The Logo shall be placed on the shirt on the left chest side. It shall be 3” in height. The Logo shall be the established color set by the Executive Committee.
3.2.4The shirt shall have a number. The number shall be centered on the back. It shall be 8” in height. The number shall be shadowed in style.
3.2.5A sponsor’s name cannot be placed on any part of the uniform.
3.2.6The socks shall be solid navy blue in color.
3.2.7The shorts shall be solid navy blue in color.
3.2.8The shirt shall be solid white in color.
3.2.9The Logo and Number on the shirt shall be gold or navy blue in color.
3.3 Alternate Travel Uniform
3.3.1Shirt, shorts, and socks shall be the established color and style set by the Executive Committee.
3.3.2This uniform can be used for spring leagues and spring tournaments.
3.3.3This uniform can be used for summer leagues and summer tournaments.
3.3.4This uniform can be used during spring and summer when you are the home team and the referee asks you to change uniforms because the HSA primary shirt is of similar color to the visiting team or when you are a visiting team and the home team cannot change colors.
3.3.5The shirt shall be a T-shirt with a crew-neck style. It can be long or short sleeved.
3.3.6The shirt shall have the HSA Logo. The Logo shall be placed on the shirt on the left chest side. It shall be 3” in height. The Logo shall be the established color set by the Executive Committee.
3.3.7The shirt shall have a number. The number shall be centered on the back. It shall be 8” in height. The number shall be shadowed in style.
3.3.8A sponsor’s name cannot be placed on any part of the uniform.
3.3.9The socks shall be solid navy blue in color.
3.3.10The shorts shall be solid navy blue in color.
3.3.11The shirt shall be solid white in color.
