SEWEURODRIVE is no. twelve in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Named Best Recruiter for 2015/2016
Bruchsal, HANNOVER MESSE trade fair 2016: SEWEURODRIVE is one of the top twenty recruiters in all of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The Bruchsal-based drive technology specialist made twelfth place among the 1,520 employers reviewed. In 2015/2016, the first international list of criteria enabled the Best Recruiters organization to compare Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and create an international ranking of all employers reviewed in these countries, for the first time.
SEWEURODRIVE had already received the golden 2015/2016 Best Recruiters seal for Germany in summer 2015. The company was ranked number one in the system and mechanical engineering industry, and took fourth place in the overall ranking. It achieved good scores in all areas, which were assessed based on a total of 101 criteria.
The study assessed not only general online presence, for example on the company’s careers website, in social media channels or on employment websites, but also the quality and informative nature of its online job ads, as well as its interaction with applicants.
Internationally, Germany’s overall winner ALTANA came in second out of 1,520 employers reviewed. OTTO, MVV Energie AG, SEWEURODRIVE and Deutsche Bahn also made the top twenty companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
About the study
Best Recruiters assesses the recruiting quality of the top 500 employers in Germany (since 2011), in Austria (since 2010) and in Switzerland (since 2013). These scientifically sound studies, which are performed each year for the individual countries, and the reports generated on this basis, are intended to continue professionalizing recruitment both conceptually and operationally in the German-speaking world.
