Successfully petitioned the Pennsylvania Department of Education and the National Council for Accreditation of College of Teacher Education (NCATE) for accreditation certification of technology programs involving undergraduate, graduate (masters and certificate), and 32 post-graduate doctoral candidates. Annual budget exceeds $350,000 with additional funding provided by private endowments and foundations exceeding $1.4 million over the past four years.
