Special Issue Proposal Form
A Special Issue is a collection of papers on a particular theme within the scope of the journal.
1. Journal Title:Set your Special Issue by choosing a suitable journal from journal list of SciencePG. Pleaseenter the website
to see the journal list.
2. Special Issue Title:
Set a title of your Special Issue.
Note:
(1) Please do not consider Special Issue title as a paper title.
(2) Please try to make your Special Issue title cover a wider range so as to solicit more papers in your research field.
3. Lead Guest Editor:

A Special Issue should include at least 10 Guest Editors, and no maximum limit.

5. Submission Deadline
The journal will set Submission Deadline according to the Duration of the Special Issue you choose.
Note: To facilitate our internal operation, we will set the date on 10th, 20th or 30th.
Duration of the Special Issue
To choose a duration for your Special Issue: 3 months 6 months 9 months 12 months
Once you have chosen the duration of your Special Issue, then the Submission Deadline of your Special Issue will be set, for example, if we receive your proposal on May 7, 2015 and accept the proposal, we will put it online 3 days later, and if you choose 3 months as the duration of your Special Issue, then the submission Deadline of your Special Issue will be set on August 10, 2015(3 months later from the online effective date).
Please note if you choose the duration, then you should make sure that enough papers can be collected on the duration.
6. Publication Date:
Publication Date will be 2 months later from the Submission Deadline.
Note: To facilitate our internal operation, we will set the date on 10th, 20th or 30th.
7. Description: A 150-400 word summary about your Special Issue:
The description includes 2 parts: a general introduction of your Special Issue theme, aims and scope. Please limit your words between 150 and 400 and try to make it attractive to authors.
8.If you have a sequence request of papers published in your Special Issue.
The Rolling submission will be more effective. It means that the paper can be submitted and published one by one once the paper has been accepted. Please choose a method you prefer, if you choose yes, it means that you accept Rolling submission and have no sequence request for paper publication; if you choose no, it means that you have sequence request for paper publication. Once you have made your choice, no modification is allowed.

9. If possible, provide a provisional paper list of your Special Issue from potential authors, including authors’ names, and article titles. (Note: this is not required at proposal stage if not available).

In recent years, the convergence of Mobile and Internet technologies in mobile devices such as3G/4G-LTE/WiFi networks and satellite networks has led to many burgeoning Mobile and Internet technologies (MIT), including protocols, services, systems, security and applications. This special issue is to improve the dissemination of advanced research in the area of Mobile Internet that can fulfill the anytime-anywhere access dream. Original research papers are solicited in any aspect of innovative mobile Internet technology.
