*Every exhibitor must allocate one authorised representative responsible for organisational and financial matters with the right to sign financial documents (Page 8)
*Every stand not occupied by 09:00 January16, 2018, will be considered free and may be rented out by the Organisers to other companies if not agreed otherwise.
*Entrance to handling area of Crocus Expo during mounting and dismounting of the exhibition is payable.
*Parking during the exhibition (January16 – 19, 2018) at the parking area is free.
*The exhibition is provided with the general round-the-clock security service.

*DELIVERY AND REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS TO THE EXHIBITION
The exhibitor can deliver the cargo independently. In such a case the exhibits will be allowed to be brought into the pavilion upon presenting an official letter in three copies specifying the type of cargo and the number of packages. The letter must be registered in the reception of the Exhibition, located at the entrance to 14 hall on the 1st floor of Pavilion No. 3.
The exhibitor can deliver the cargo through Main Entrace of the Crocus Expo up to 30 kg and 180 sm of total dimensions.
In case if you order the pass through Organizer:

The Exhibitor is offered the standard stand layout. The stand construction can be effectuated in accordance with this plan or with the individual project. Please tick the relevant box:

Sign lettering at the signboard (10 cm height up to 24 signs) is covered by the price of the equipped standard booth, extra signs are paid 2 Euro per each additional sign.
To get your logo on the signboard, please, send us its colour layout or an electronic version (Corel Draw .CDR or.TIFF format). Fax copies and imprints of bad quality are not accepted. The cost of the work is calculated individually, depending on the complexity of the logo.

ATTENTION: the Organizer is not responsible in case provided by the Exhibitor company information in the official exhibition catalogue is not provided within the prescribed period, is not correct or not filled. The registration fee is not refundable.
If the information exceeds 400 printed characters the Exhibitor should pay 4 Euro per every line. Placing the firm's logo with the information in printed official cataloguecosts 40 Euro. Please supply us with a colour layout, films or an electronic version (.CDR or .TIF format) of your logo.
The Organizer is not responsible if the information about the company for the official catalogue entry provided by Exhibitor is wrong.

Before opening the exhibition, the Organizer prints 50,000 copies of the invitation card,
18 000 cards of which will be distributed via address mail with use of our specialized database including leading experts in the sphere of manufacturing shoes and leathers, wholesale and retail enterprises, mass media representatives, officials from Russia, CIS and abroad.
By placing your advertisement and information materials on invitation cards, you get precise address delivery of your information directly to the persons concerned.

By the start of the exhibition, the Organizer issues an official catalogue, which gives complete information about the participants of the exhibition and range of goods exhibited. The catalogue is distributed among all the participants of the exhibition; the attendees may buy it at the information center or at the advertising department after the exhibition is over. The catalogue is an important reference publication and is valid through the whole year; therefore, by placing your advertisement on its pages you extend your advertising campaign for the whole year.

By the start of the exhibition the Organizer prints 10 000 copies of Visitor’s Guide with pavilion plan and list of exhibitors. Visitor’s Guide will be distributed at the exhibition to the visitors free of charge to help them orient themselves at the show. Visitors will be able to receive this high gloss full color exhibition maps at Registration Desk, management office and in the press office. The Official Visitor’s Guide is an important reference publication to visitors; therefore, by placing your advertisement on its pages you receive an additional opportunity to attract attention of the experts to your company stand.

PLACEMENT OF PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS AT THE EXHIBITION
Dear participants! All advertising at the exhibition shall be agreed with the advertising Department.
- Accommodation Tritex pillar in the foyer of the exhibition hall. Sizes and cost:
2.2 x 2.5 m. – 670euro.
4.5 x 2.5 m. – 1300euro.
- The location of the pillar Tritex on the street in front of the entrance of the 3rd pavilion: Size and price:

- Bilateral placement of banner over the stand (suspension). Sizes and cost:

- Placing its banner of the party in the aisles or near the entrance to the hall Size and cost: up to 1 m width, 2 m height - 295euro.
- Placement of printed promotional materials of your company (flyers, brochures, booklets, etc.) at the reception of the visitors. - 510 euro.
- Distribution of printed advertising materials in the exhibition area, leaflets, brochures (work of promoters up to 1 persons, all days of the exhibition). - 255 euro.
- Information desk – 600 euro.
- Radio ads - 1 to 45 seconds - 100 euro.
- Stream the video clip (the cycle in rotation, all days) for 2 plasma panels of the organizer – 1 video up to 45 seconds - 590 euro
