- Stands strongly against management company
- Discussed multiple improvements accomplished this year

II. Treasurer/Secretary Comments
- Bank balance reviewed
- Bills paid
III. Maintenance Director Comments
- Weed Man has agreed to treat front entrance for another year
- Grass clippings should not be blown into street
- Street lights can be fixed by calling EMC and giving them silver tag number that is on every street light
- Trash cans must be hidden from view
- Thanks to all
IV. Director at Large Comments
- Happy neighborhood is all built out now
- Not easy enforcing covenants
- Still feels a management company is a good idea
- Happy to have served
V. Elections
- All candidates had opportunity to speak
- Mark called for any remaining ballots
VI. Resident comments
- Carl Van Acker stated the importance of enforcement of covenants
- Wendy Applegate concerned about speeding and running stop signs
- Rick Ryckeley states he wants enforcement of covenants
- Len Severson concerned about commercial vehicles, feels the rules, regulations and restrictions should be followed. Dosen’t want anyone to get mad at the Board for sending letters. Asked about status of covenant change regarding $300 initiation fee. Mark explained situation further stating we have language drafted by Attorney Matt Bennett but have not taken further action because of other issues such as the fence at front needing replacement have kept Board busy
- Shelly Kozlowski says Facebook page is doing great and let her know if she can make any improvements
VII. Election Results
- New Board members are Spencer Stoleson with 53 votes and Scott O’Brien with 45 votes
VIII. Drawing for free dues
- Winners of free dues for 2016 are Clay Hall and Rick Ryckeley
