Intent to Apply Form

Faculty and Staff who plan to submit materials to funding agencies, public or private, should complete an LMU Intent to Apply Form (ITA) prior to submitting their applications, letters of inquiry or other documentation for consideration. Our guidance is to send in the ITA at least 3 weeks prior to the intended date of submission; earlier is encouraged.

Please note: The LMU Intent to Apply Form notifies others about your intentions. It requires no signatures and does not give consent to apply. The Routing Form, circulated later in the process, will require signatures and will be used to approve external submissions.
