2017KIQ Off Quiz Information
Dear Coaches, Pastors, Parents and Quizzers, The upcoming KIQ Off Quiz will be September 28th-30th. The Quiz will take place at the Indian Creek Baptist Camp in Corydon, Indiana. The material covered will be Mark 1-8. There will be two divisions to which your teams can register in.
Division 1 –Any age up to 12th grade
Division 2 – 8th grade and under
In this brochure you will find the information that will be needed for the upcoming Quiz.
~Registration Information~ Deadline for Registration: September4th. RV Set Up Fee- $15.00 per night Camper / Quizzer- $85.00 per person Camper / Coach / Parent - $55.00 per person
IF YOU DECIDE TO STAY THE NIGHT ON SATURDAY, (EVEN IF YOU ARE IN A CAMPER) THERE WILL BE A $7.00 PER PERSON CHARGE THAT THE INDIAN CREEK CAMP CHRAGES.
This cost includes a supper meal on Thursday night after the service,3 meals on Friday, 2 meals on Saturday, and lodging. We will have a concession stand each night free of charge.(Due to the fact that the Pleasant View Baptist Church has to pay per Camper, the cost for registration will not differ if you do not stay all three nights, or if you stay in a motel, or a camper.)
Every Camper(adults and quizzers) will be required to fill out a Camper Medical Release form and if the camper is under the age of 18, it must be signed by their parent and presented at check-in. Registration is due upon arrival. You willalso be required to fill out a Pre-registration Form.(Theseforms can be downloaded and printed from our Church web site.) Please fill out the pre-registration form and fax or email it to our Church office.
Each Camper will need to bring the following: -A Pillow, Fitted Sheet, and Blanket or Sleeping Bag -Towels and Washcloths -Toiletries
We will be enjoying many activities throughout the day such as paddle boats, bumper boats, foose ball, human foose ball, ping pong, miniature golf, flag football, basketball, hay rides, volleyball, and much, much more.
If your Quiz team will be flying, please let us know your schedule, and we will have someone there to pick you up at the airport. In addition, we will provide pillows, blankets, towels and wash cloths for anyone that will be flying to the Quiz.

These quizzers may still compete in the Regular KIQ tournament, this will justbe a special tournament focused on the Elementary.
This Quiz will take place on Friday after lunch, and we will choose quizzers fromdifferent teams to form strong teams that will compete against each other.
The material covered will be Mark 1-12, and the quiz will consist of 15 questions.
There is no extra charge for this quiz. We will recognize all 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place team winners.
Please note that if you wish to compete in the Elementary division,you will need to fill out the Elementary Quizzer information on theRegistration form, and send it in by the deadline.
