School Dean/Business Manager should group as many faculty as possible into each notification instead of emailing for each individual faculty member. / School Dean/Business Managernotification emailOHR (Maria Camilo) / Mid-April for June payroll

Preparation and submission of specially designed summer research PAF / OHR (Maria Camilo) prepares and submits PAF to Central Office; places final, approved PAF in fileshare / OHR (Maria Camilo) Central Office and fileshare / Rolling basis
