So please take this process seriously and complete this form and submit it to your content representative. I want to provide you with immediate feedback so that you can see where you stand as a teacher, as a team, and as a content area. With this information, you can make the adjustments to improve for the rest of the quarters. So to those of you who completed your assessments on time, kudos and keep up the great job.
