CalRecycle would like to notify all prospective Contractors that, due to building-wide technical difficulties that occurred today with CalEPA Headquarter’s phone lines, we are offering a second Proposer’s Teleconference which will be held on Wednesday, November 19th at 10:00 a.m. to all who would like to participate. Please complete the attached Teleconference Participation Notification Form and fax it to (916) 319-7345 by 4:30 p.m. November 18th.
Additionally, the following dates have been extended on the timeline for this RFP:
Written Questions Due by 5:00 pm / 11/18/14 12/1/14Submittals Due by 2:00 pm / 12/08/14 12/15/14
Cost Proposal Opening at 10:00 am / 12/19/14 12/22/14
Post Notice of Intent to Award / 12/29/14 1/5/15
The two audio recordings from the conferences that were held today are accessible via the CalRecycle website at www.calrecycle.ca.gov/contracts. Any and all questions that resulted from today’s conferences will be included in the Addendum of Questions and Answers.
All other terms, conditions, and requirements of this (RFP) will remain the same.

All contractors interested in participating in the Proposer’s Conference on November 19, 2014 via telephone must notify the contact person for this RFP by 4:30 p.m. on November 18, 2014 by submitting this form. The completed notification shall be faxed, e-mailed or mailed to:
