Autry to Host Entrepreneurs Inspire Bootcamp

ENID, Okla. – Autry Technology Center, in collaboration with the Riata Center for Entrepreneurship, will host the 2016 Entrepreneurs Inspire Bootcamp starting September 6, 2016.

The Entrepreneurs Inspire Bootcamp is rebooting this year to serve both start-up businesses and existing businesses that are in a growth mode or need to make changes. The Bootcamp features lectures and discussions from award-winning faculty in the OSU Spears School of Business, as well as several successful entrepreneurs and local experts. Classes will be held at Autry on Tuesdays and Thursdays on Sept. 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27 and 29 from 6-8 pm.

“Many of the previous participants of this program have gone on to launch companies in our local trade area,” said Cara Carson, self-employment coordinator at Autry. “I’m so proud that we are able to offer resources and programming that aids job creation and helps to grow the wealth in Northwest Oklahoma.”

The curriculum will address the business model, operations, accounting strategies, spotting red flags, hiring employees, vendor sourcing, marketing, pricing and sales. An enrollment fee of $120 is required but scholarships are available for military and students with valid identification.

For more information or to enroll, contact Carson at or 580-242-2750.
