Vendor Information
All vendors and attendees must register for the conference. The conference registration fee is $175.00 if received before July 15, 2007 and $200.00 after that date. Registration information can be accessed on the IURPA website at I have been asked to also collect the vendor registration fees for WSUTA this year, along with your vendor participation fees.
The vendor participation cost is $550.00. This fee is for one attending vendor. Additional vendor personnel will be charged $50.00. The fee includes required tables and chairs, the vendor sponsored Early Registration function on Tuesday, August 14th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and the vendor sponsored Vendor Reception on Wednesday, August 15th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If you require a power outlet for your booth you will need to contract directly with PSAV at a cost of $80.00 for the event. The PSAV Electrical Services Form is attached.
The vendor cost is based on an estimate of twelve vendors attending the conference. Adjustments to the cost may be made depending on vendor attendance.
Vendor set-up will be on Tuesday, August 14th from
12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Breakdown will take place on Friday, August 17th at 11:30 a.m., following the WSUTA Bylaws and Business Meeting.
Vendor presentations will be held on Thursday, August 16th from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Vendors will be allowed five minutes for their presentations. Steve Ardito, WSUTA President, advises that media equipment will be available for power point presentations at no cost to the vendors for the vendor presentations.
Steve requests that vendors bring giveaway items that will be placed in bags and given to attendees during registration.

Please be sure your check arrives prior to July 15, 2007 to ensure the discounted WSUTA conference fee, and that your check includes both the vendor participation fee and the WSUTA registration fee for all personnel.
