Terms & Conditions of service
All mares must have a clear clitoral swab prior to service. Any mare arriving at Stud without a Swab Certificate will have a Swab taken. Any mare arriving from abroad or which have been imported within 12 months prior to coming to stud must have a negative EVA result before they arrive.

Fees
A booking fee of £25 is required to secure the nomination. This is deducted from the stud fee. The booking fee is non refundable unless a veterinary certificate is supplied stating a veterinary reason for the nomination not to be taken.
A further £100 should accompany the mare on arrival at West End Farm Stud. This will be deducted from the stud fee.
The balance of the stud fee is payable when the mare has been covered or inseminated. They are on a No Foal Free Return (NFFR) basis which applies to any mare arriving & taking up a nomination at stud
The free return applies to the same mare this & the following year. Any other arrangements are made at the discretion of the stud.
All keep charges are to be paid in full at the end of each month All accounts are to be fully settled prior to the mare’s departure. Any mare not removed within 7 days of notification that she is ready to go home (unless by prior arrangement) may incur 50% surcharge on livery fees after that date.
