1.11Provide advice to customers or personnel in the event of changes to the plan
1.12Describe the circumstances that could result in a change in plan
1.13Explain the actions to be taken in the event of:
- a change in the plan
- lack of resources
- incidents, accidents and emergencies
- other unforeseen circumstances
- Evaluate and review the movement of loads
