The last few months have seen a great few months for Nantwich YFC with coming third in the Entertainments competition - well done guys, everyone put in a great effort. We have also had our annual pantomime ‘Goldilocks and the Three Bears’ which has raised a fantastic amount for two great charities – Elle’s Wishes and St. Luke’s Hospice. All of the time and effort put in by everyone definitely paid off and it was a great week.

The netball and Football leagues are well underway and the we have recently had the County Sports Evening at Northgate the debating competition with Nantwich getting through to the semi-finals, which is a great achievement.

There have also been some great socials, with pumpkin calving, bonfire night which was kindly hosted by the Ellwood family, and two carol singing events which proved to be really popular, to name just a few.

We have interclub debating coming up on Thursday 24th March so if anyone is interested then please contact one of the top table or Gemma Rees on 07973 215192.

In the upcoming months we have some great socials for everyone to get involved in. We also have a lot of preparation to do for the rally day in March, so if you are interested in taking part in anything please let one of the top table know.

There will be plenty of practices for the homecraft competition, stockjudging and tug of war to take part in, so keep your eyes peeled for extra dates. The homecraft meetings will be every Monday from 21st March up until rally day. Please contact Ruth Massey on 07531 253244 for more information.

Tug of war practices also are every Tuesday and Thursday night at Calverhall. Please contact Sam Gibbins if you are interesting in going on 07792 913378.

There will be more stockjudging socials to follow so please watch out for more details on our facebook page.
