HLS Executive Education provides intense, business-school style leadership programs for law firm leaders, general counsel and other legal professionals and organizations from all over the world. In this session, Scott Westfahl ’88 will present a leadership case study based upon the experiences of Yoon-Young Lee ’88. Participants will experience the business school-style of case teaching, learn about the concept of sponsorship as an important framework for engaging, motivating and developing professionals. Following the 60-minute case presentation, Professor Westfahl will answer questions and host an Open House in the law school’s new Executive Education facility on the second floor of Pound Hall (arguably the nicest classroom at HLS—come see it!).
