Guidelines for Slides in a CD/Flash Disk:
CD/DVD/Flash Drive Portfolio of 16 examples of work (for 2D Slides) – Required
Guidelines for Image Files:
1) All examples of work must be in jpg format.
2) Your image files must be titled starting with two digit numbers (e.g. 01title.jpg, 02title.jpg…).
3) Your image list must follow the same name and order as your files. (See the Image List Form attached).

Guidelines for Movie Files in a CD/DVD/Flash Disk:
CD/DVD/Flash Drive Portfolio of Mp4 Movie files (for New Media or Animation) - Required
Guidelines for DVD:
1) Minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 recent works for media and animation.
2) No more than 5 minutes excerpts.
3) All the files should be H264, mp4 file. Make sure the files are readable on both PC and Mac computers. If the files are not readable, you will lose eligibility. Make sure the extension name is “.mp4”.
4) Your movie files must be titled starting with two digit numbers (e.g. 01title.mp4, 02title.mp4…).
5) Your work list must follow the same name and order as your files. (See the Work List Form attached).
General Guidelines:
1) All files and disk must be a MAC compatible disk.
2) Portfolio disk must be labeled with student’s full name and ULID.
3) All art work submitted for this scholarship must have been created in college level courses.
NO ART WORK PRODUCED IN HIGH SCHOOL MAY BE SUBMITTED.
Please put all the application materials in a document envelope and write your name on it.
