4.  Why is there an approval block for DSP-14001 on this plan? Does this lot have anything to do with that approval? If this lot has nothing to do with Evangel Christian Child Care Center, remove the approval block from this site plan. June 22, 2016 – The correct DSP for this lot is DSP-15034. Need to submit the approved certified plans as part of this permit package.
